They’re big enough that you will challenge yourself to be top of the class, but small enough that our trainers can give you the individualised attention to help you get there. You’ll never feel lost in the crowd. Our group classes are like little communities and everyone encourages each other to reach their goals together.
Certified personal trainers, who are the best at their specialities, teach all of our small group classes. Whether it be CrossFit, interval training, yoga or one of our popular boxing classes, our group sessions will push you out of your comfort zone and into fitness mode. Group classes are available to our personal training and corporate health clients.
